Envelope guidelines

All envelopes are standard white non windowed self sealing style with a 10mm white margin around all edges. Download the PDF template for help which includes a non-print mask layer. For manual sizes

  • DLE - 225 x 114mm
  • C6 - 162 x 114mm

Ensure that all artwork and text is at least 10mm away from all edges. Only single sided designs are allowed.  All landscape envelope designs will be printed with the long edge sealing flap at the top, while portrait envelopes will have the long edge sealing flap to the right.

If you have created a design in Canva for us to print that's great. However you need to provide us with the Print PDF with the Crop marks and bleed ticked to ensure that you get the best results. If you supply us with a png or jpg, it may be missing the required bleed we need for printing and text may look very blocky. This could either result in a lower quality print than required or have the order put on hold while we reformat it to a print ready state (which may add a design time fee. )
